Manhattan's mini fashion mogul is on a roll, banging her drums and making headlines, while simultaneously skateboarding circles around you. Meet 14 year old Callie Reiff, model, drummer, skateboarder, DJ, producer, fashion blogger, ex-prima ballerina-- and basically the coolest kid you'll ever meet. This New York City native has modeled for (just to name a few) Ralph Lauren, Juicy Couture, H&M, Bloomingdales, Justice and Aeropostale-- she was even on their billboard in Time's Square! Callie is sure to keep you on your toes, whether she's DJ-ing at the hottest event in the city, walking the runway for Bonnie Young, landing the cover for Earnshaw's Magazine, writing for her fashion blog or being deemed 'The Queen of Tween' by The New York Post. But, hear this: success story aside, Callie is the nicest and most down-to-earth girl you'll ever meet. She's funny, too! Between writing for Teen Vogue, snapping Instagram behind-the-scenes shots of her latest project, tweeting to over 37.6K Twitter followers and blessing us with a brand new remix, it's a wonder how she found time in her busy schedule to chat. Lets just say, Callie Reiff is all cool with a capital C and should she have it her way, she'll be taking over the world by 2015 -- one Instagram at a time.
TAYLOR: Between your modeling and music career, I have no idea where to start. How about this: If you were stuck on a deserted island, what three things would you take with you?
CALLIE: I'd take my computer, headphones and camera.
Fashion is obviously a big part of your life. How old where you when you started modeling?
I was around seven years old when I started.
How did you get into modeling?
I was at a 3rd Avenue Street Fair when someone stopped me. She was the casting director for Gap and wanted to introduce me to an agent. The rest is history!
Do you remember your first job?
One of my first jobs was with the amazing Anna Palma for Bambini Vogue.
Your first job was Vogue? Mine too! I'm totally kidding, but that's really cool! Where is the most exotic place you've ever travelled to for modeling?
A deserted island in Mexico!
I want to talk about your personal style, because it's great. Who inspires you?
Jeremy Scott because he is so creative and has fun with fashion.
How would you describe your style?
My style is street chic. Street chic means you can still wear your beat up Converse with a skirt. Thats why I named my blog [Callie's Street Chic] that.
What inspired you to start blogging?
All my friends would ask me where I got my clothes and what they should wear, so I thought why not start a blog so all my friends can be apart of it and help me along the way.
Whats your favorite part about blogging?
My favorite part about blogging is that I can connect with everyone all over the world who want to help with fashion or just simply say hi.
What are five things in your wardrobe that you couldn't live without? I really love jeans, I couldn't live without them.
Leggings, beanies, converse, a simple white shirt and a black leather jacket.

So, as a fellow New Yorker, you must know all the best places to go and things to do! What are your favorite things to do in the city?
I love to ride Citi Bikes with my friends, go shopping and go to amazing art exhibitions.
I've actually never ridden a Citi Bike! Anyway, lets talk music. When did you really begin to love music?
My dad would always blast music in the car when I was young and since I was a ballerina at NYCB [New York City Ballet] performing every night at Lincoln Center, music has always been a big part of my life.
You're a crazy good drummer! Did you teach yourself the drums? Did someone help you?
I taught myself how to drum from You Tube tutorials!
When did you become interested in DJ-ing?
Since I love drumming everyone told me I'd be a great DJ. So, I took one lesson and instantly fell in love!
You've had a lot of great music gigs, so I'm curious. What are your favorite bands or musicians?
DJ Snake because he plays on turntables like me and he is so talented! He inspires me everyday.
Turntables? Ok Reiff, I'm impressed. What are your favorite movies?
Clueless, What a Girl Wants and The Fault In Our Stars.
I love Clueless! What's the best advice you've ever received?
The best advice I've ever been given is to follow my heart!
What advice would you give to young aspiring models, bloggers or musicians?
Don't try and fit in, never give up and never take no for an answer.
Thats really good advice. Who do you admire?
My mom because she has great style and is a beautiful person inside and out.
Leather jackets or jean jackets?
Leather all the way!
